The myGLPlife Blog

In this blog I share my experience with GLP1/GIP medication and also some of the tips and tools I learned on my path to getting 50+ pounds lighter, living with better health, and successful weight management. It wasn't easy and I want to make sure to share my lessons learned and my mistakes so you can get to your goals even faster.

I also share the latest scientific developments in weight loss medicine that I follow daily and all the controversies in the weight loss community popping up about medication-assisted weight loss. While I have my point of view, I will try to share objective opinions and where there is bias in what I share, I will be sure to explain it.

I read a lot of medical news and watch a lot of popular media on this topic and love to highlight the good, bad, and ugly in my blog, I will always cite my sources and share only validated information from reputable sources including peer review journals, news outlets, verified influencers, established companies and organizations, and individuals with lived experience.

Happy Reading!

I did, and it is a must for a safe and effective approach to healthy weight loss. In fact, I share a few tips in a blog post on what to look for in a physician or provider to help you form a positive relationship that supports good discussions about weight management and maybe you will even look forward to that weigh-in when you go see them. Imagine that!?
